Challenge:

Need to collect inspection data at a transportation agency

Response:

• Significantly expanded the usage of mobile technology and applications such as Survey123 to collect information, capture and upload multimedia, and log precise location information and metadata for each submission.

• By representing Priority Repairs on an interactive map within Survey123 the field users were able to view existing repairs relative to their location. This additional context in the field can save time and prevent duplication of effort.

• Completed successful pilot inspections at different locations in the field using Survey123.
