Challenge:

Design a new asset management office for a large entity and develop new financial revenue raising initiatives

• Identified the basic design principles for the ‘to-be’ operating model (i.e., governance, organization structure, authority matrix, department roles and responsibilities)

• Developed operating model and governance framework for the new office

• Developed the organization structure

• Developed the policies and procedures

• Develop the implementation roadmap, considering the sequence, interdependencies, milestones, and gateway

Impact:

• Detailed and functional implementation plan to roll out the new office along with processes and procedures

• Identified quick win opportunities to increase revenues streams by $2M
